If fees is shown as green, then it is considered low.

If fees is shown as amber, then it is on the higher side.

If fees is shown light red, fees is high and investor could try and negotiate for better terms like higher coupon. 

If fees is shown as dark red, fees is too high and investor might be better off walking away from the trade.
